Warranty Coverage
At TAP2, we stand behind the quality of our products sold under the ‘Kinetic’ brand. All TAP2 products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, lack of care, accidents, or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.
To ensure eligibility for warranty claims, please retain the packaging slip included with your order, as it serves as proof of purchase. If you do not have this slip, TAP2 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether your product qualifies for warranty coverage.

Note: The customer is responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product to TAP2 or third-party providers.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have the right to return any undamaged and unused products purchased on TAP2.com. To initiate a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing customerservice@tap-2.com Be sure to include your order number, the product’s name, and the reason for your return. Alternatively, you may submit a photo of the completed returns form, which can be found on your packaging slip.
Conditions for Return:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned items to TAP2 or third-party providers where applicable.
TAP2 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, especially for items over £70, and purchasing shipping insurance if necessary.
Products returned as cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any additional duties or taxes are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of your request.
Important: Products not covered by the warranty are not eligible for return. TAP2 holds no liability for products lost in transit or delayed by the shipping carrier. We advise communicating directly with your shipping provider in such cases.

If you notice any errors in your order details, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to correct the information. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is processed.
